Processing Time

We provide an express delivery service with an average processing time of two hours after your order and payment have been confirmed.
Deliveries are available every day, depending on driver availability and Bangkok traffic conditions.

Delivery Fees

The delivery fee is fixed at 499 THB per luggage, for any delivery within a 30 km radius of our main Bemoshi locations.
For longer distances or special requests, please contact us before booking to receive a customized quote.

Delivery Method

All deliveries are handled by verified local drivers and tracked in real time by our team.
Each bag is tagged, photographed, sealed, and registered before departure, then delivered within two hours in secure conditions.
Every route is monitored and documented to ensure full traceability of your luggage.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our team strives to complete deliveries within two hours of confirmation.
However, delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or local conditions.
In the event of an unexpected delay, our team will notify you immediately.

Confirmation & Tracking

Once your delivery is confirmed, you will receive a notification via Line, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, including:

  • a photo of your luggage ready for dispatch,

  • driver contact information,

  • and an estimated arrival time.
    For security purposes, ID verification may be required upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your luggage is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately at contact@bemoshi.com.
We will investigate and take all necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Bemoshi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (such as extreme traffic, road closures, or natural disasters).

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of booking.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete and delivery cannot be completed, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your delivery free of charge before the driver departs.
Once the delivery is in progress, no refunds can be issued.
For exceptional situations, our team will review your request with care and fairness.
