Purpose & Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all luggage storage, secure holding, and delivery/pick-up services provided by Bemoshi Luggage Storage (“Bemoshi”) in Thailand.
By booking online, via messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Line, Telegram), or in person (walk-in), you agree to these terms.

Reservations & Walk-ins

Walk-ins are accepted during each store’s local business hours.
Confirmed bookings may be available 24/7.
Bemoshi reserves the right to refuse any booking that appears incomplete, suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant with these terms.

Prices & Payment

  • 199 THB per day per luggage

  • Weekly plan: 1,099 THB — Monthly plan: 3,499 THB

  • Delivery within Bangkok (≤ 30 km): 499 THB per luggage (express service within approx. 2 hours after confirmation)

  • Multi-bag discount: up to 60% off on the second bag

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, PromptPay, Credit/Debit Card, and Mobile Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and may be updated without notice. The price confirmed at booking is the applicable rate.

Storage Process & Security

Upon arrival, our team will tag, photograph, and seal each luggage item, then store it in a clean, air-conditioned, and CCTV-monitored facility with restricted access.
A confirmation or receipt may be sent to you electronically for your records.

Pick-up & Delivery

Luggage can be collected upon presentation of your ticket or confirmation and ID verification.
Delivery is available within Bangkok (≤ 30 km) for 499 THB per bag, with an estimated time of within 2 hours of confirmation, depending on traffic and weather.
Deliveries are handled by verified local drivers, and each route is tracked and documented for security.

Restricted or Prohibited Items

You are not allowed to store or transport cash, valuables, jewelry, documents, artworks, hazardous or flammable materials, perishable goods, animals, weapons, or illegal substances.
Bemoshi reserves the right to reject or remove any luggage that violates these conditions.

Insurance & Liability

Bemoshi employs enhanced security measures (CCTV 24/7, restricted access, tracking).
A basic insurance coverage may be included (limited cap; details available upon request).
Bemoshi’s liability is limited to the smallest of the following:
(i) the proven actual value of the contents,
(ii) the basic insurance limit, or
(iii) the total amount paid for the relevant storage period.

Bemoshi is not responsible for losses or damages caused by improper packing, normal wear and tear, external factors (traffic, weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.), or inherent defects in the stored items.

Cancellations, Refunds & Delays

  • Storage:

    • Cancellation before drop-off → full refund

    • After drop-off → no refund for started periods

  • Delivery:

    • Cancellation before driver departure → full refund

    • After departure → no refund

In case of exceptional delay not caused by the client, Bemoshi will offer a fair resolution such as re-delivery or partial credit.

Late Pick-up & Unclaimed Luggage

Late pick-ups may incur additional daily fees.
Unclaimed luggage after 90 days and three failed contact attempts may be considered abandoned.
Bemoshi reserves the right to dispose of or liquidate such luggage in accordance with Thai law, deducting any outstanding fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete information (name, contact details, delivery address).
They must ensure their items are properly packed and comply with the restricted items policy.
A valid photo ID may be required for drop-off or pick-up.

Personal Data (PDPA – Thailand)

Bemoshi collects and processes only the data necessary to manage bookings, customer requests, and security.
No data is sold to third parties.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at contact@bemoshi.com.

Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Bemoshi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of booking or storage will apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Thai law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless otherwise required by law.
